Ken was outstanding through the entire process, from the time of the first call to when the job was complete. He responded by coming out on the first day, made a quick and correct diagnosis, and came back immediately after the part arrived to finish the job. He has been pleasant and professional the entire time, and helped me to understand how the new equipment functioned. His price was more than fair. A real find. I could not be more pleaseed.

Couldn't be happier. They handled tricky installations of three smart thermostats, and then when the old boiler started to fail they put in a great new one that handles domestic hot water as well as heat for the house. Their team is knowledgeable, and Ken Alexander goes out of his way to see to our needs and minimize down time. Highly recommended.

In the past, I've mostly used family friends for any plumbing related issues but that was unavailable to me this time around and I knew I needed to call in an actual company but was so scared I was going to get ripped off due to horror stories I've heard in the past. A friend recommended Alexander Plumbing and I could not have been happier with our service. The plumber sent had extensive knowledge and tried to find us the best solution for our budget. He could have easily talked us into a very expensive option but gave us his best recommendation as if it were his own home. I totally appreciated his honesty and would absolutely use them again the future. My issue has been resolved and it didn't break the bank. Thank you!

Chris came to my house to fix a leak in a shared AC condenser line. Found the problem, fixed it easily, and when he was checking his work actually found a secondary leak and fixed that too. Cant say enough how great this guy was, true professional. Will absolutely refer these guys out to anyone who asks.

I called Alexander Plumbing because my ac unit had stopped working and I had a screaming baby and upset wife in the middle of a heatwave!! Thank God they had 24 hr emergency service and actually came to my house right away. Reading the past reviews I was a little skeptical at first but I figured I’d try since they were able to get out to me right away. Their pricing was surprisingly competitive, even at 4 am and the tech was really nice. I’d definitely use them again.

We were referred to Alexander's from the company where we purchased our gas log set. We had no prior experience with them. When we ran into a problem, Ken Alexander was so helpful that we couldn't believe it - he treated us like family! He had a thorough knowledge of the situation, fixed it with no problems, took the time to explain everything to us & even came back a few days later (with a smile on his face!) when we couldn't figure out something. We will continue to call upon them in the future, and we can't recommend Alexander's Plumbing more emphatically!!
